Sonja Gitsham has over 10 years’ experience in the Human Resources, Learning and Development and Safety Training industries. She has held positions in Project Coordination, Desktop Publishing, Learner Support and Recruitment Resourcing. These roles involved excellent people management and communication skills, superior administrative efficiency and high level organisational skills.

Currently a HSE Consultant at JBA some of her responsibilities include reviewing safety management documentation against legislation to ensure compliance, participate in regular on-site inspections and audits including reports and recommendations, develop HSE material to support client requirements, contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and initiatives, promote workplace safety and develop, plan and deliver training programs and workshops for various topics across numerous industries.
